
Yogurt + muesli. The original overnight oats with all of the fiber and protein and (almost) none of the fuss. This my favorite breakfast when the weather starts to get warmer. I love Alpen but you could use Bob’s Red Mill or whatever’s in your grocer’s bulk bin.
Make it the night before and add some frozen berries or stir in your a pinc of cinnamon or cardamom (or both!). Add grated apple if you’re a purist. Make it right when you wake up and give it… 20m? 45m? Whenever you’re ready? Top it with seeds, nuts, bee pollen, fresh or dried fruits, or whatever you want. Enjoy!
